I went to Nghe An Qiongliu on a business trip, and there were no decent hotels nearby. So I tried this so-called five-star luxury hotel. The key is that the price on Ctrip is really good! The hotel is a bit far & isolate from main attractions/ destination. The good part is that the surrounding scenery and the golf course is great, together with entertainment (zoo, park). When I called in to book the room, and upon arrival I was given a form with “golfer promotion” with the indicated price. Two days later, upon check out, I was requested to pay a 10% higher price - the reason was “the receptionist mistake”, and they insisted me paying the higher price, even I talked to the front office manager. He at first accepted my compliance, and then called me back asking me paying for the amount! The amount is not so much, and this is the first time ever I experience such the poor treatment - really not worth for the 4-star standards.

Xin cảm ơn Ms. Thìn – Giám đốc, Mr. Nam cùng toàn thể CBNV Mường Thanh Luxury Diễn Lâm vì sự chuyên nghiệp và hiếu khách. Phòng khách sạn và đặc biệt biệt là phòng ở khu Biệt thự rất rộng rãi, sạch và thoáng mát, gần gũi thiên nhiên. Nhà hàng đẹp, đồ ăn ngon với dịch vụ chuyên nghiệp và chỉnh chu trong những ngày Tết cùng chương trình tổ chức sinh nhật 1 tuổi cho cháu tôi rất ấn tượng. Khu nghỉ dưỡng có không gian đẹp, hòa mình vào thiên nhiên với những vườn hoa rực rỡ sắc màu, tạo cảm giác thư thái và yên bình. Nằm trong quần thể Green Land, Vườn thú Safari nơi đây mang đến trải nghiệm nghỉ dưỡng tuyệt vời cho mọi lứa tuổi từ già tới trẻ.
